Musically, Montreal has a very picky crowd, therefore there is a certain norm when it comes to hosting an event in this scene. None·the·less, each collectives has their own loyal crowd that attend each party with full support & confidence in the outcome. We couldn’t help but recently notice the way Anthony D’Urbano; the Montreal promoter behind the community group “Front Rite“, is planning his next after party. He is bringing a interesting approach to event planning when he announced “Trust the After-Party”, set to take place in the late night of November 25th, 2016. With little to no information on the event, the official after party of his Transit night at Newspeak leaves us clueless about the venue & the DJ(s) booked.
“The goal is to have the best crowd in the city, the kind of people who will take a leap of faith and believe in the party. I know I will deliver, those who miss out will regret it so I know it’s worth the risk.” says Anthony… When we asked what kind of hints he could give us with regards to who he would be booking he replied: “Our booking is a melodic techno artist from overseas, he is signed to a Montreal favorite label & has been requested more than once in the group FRONT RITE. “
